Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), selected service, and message text.

Service inquiry: first and last name, phone, email, installation address, fault description, appliance details (manufacturer, model, serial number, age), optional fault photos.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, cookies and similar identifiers (see Cookies section).

We process data necessary for contract performance or pre-contractual steps only to the extent required to handle your request.

Legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — protecting the website against abuse (anti-spam, form security), business correspondence.
